Upgrading, Downgrading & Switching Plans

You can start on Commission (Starter) or on a subscription, and you can change later from threasury.app/dashboard/plans. The team cannot activate a subscription for you. You complete payment in the app.

Plan types

A. Starter / Commission

  • One-time $249 activation fee, refunded or credited to your wallet after $20,000 in ad spend within 90 days. Otherwise, it remains non-refundable
  • Percentage on top-ups, auto-reducing with levels
  • Default if no subscription is active

B. Platform Unlimited

  • Meta Unlimited top-up $899/mo · Meta Unlimited CC $1,999/mo
  • TikTok $399 · Google $399 · Snapchat $299 · Pinterest $299
  • 0% fees on that platform’s ad spend
  • Confirm live prices on threasury.io/pricing

You typically have one subscription at a time. Other platforms you add run on commission at your spend level until you add another Unlimited plan or Threasury Black.

Starter → Unlimited: 0% applies to your existing ad accounts on that platform too. It does not convert CC ↔ top-up.

C. Threasury Black: $2,499/mo

All supported platforms, 0% on ad spend.

Upgrade vs downgrade

Upgrade (immediate)
e.g. TikTok Unlimited → Threasury Black, or Starter → a higher subscription.
Prorated on the spot. New entitlements start immediately.

Downgrade or cancel (end of period)
e.g. Black → a single-platform plan, or any subscription → Starter.
Current plan stays until the period ends. You can un-schedule before then.

Platform-to-platform switch (Meta Unlimited → TikTok Unlimited) is treated as a scheduled switch unless it is clearly an upgrade in price.

PAST_DUE / unpaid subscriptions block all plan changes until the payment clears.

Billing

Handled in the app (Stripe). Upgrades prorate; downgrades do not refund the current month. Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Unused ad balance stays refundable.

Quick summary

  • Start with any plan; you complete activation in the dashboard
  • Upgrades → instant + prorated
  • Downgrades / cancels → end of billing period
  • Unlimited on one platform + commission on others is normal
  • Unpaid invoices freeze plan changes
