Supported payment methods

The canonical list of payment methods is always Wallet → Add Funds in threasury.app. If a method is not shown there for your currency, it is not available. Bank details change — copy them from the app, never from an old chat.

We support six wallet currencies: USD, EUR, INR, GBP, AUD, SGD. HKD is not a deposit currency.

Do not assume Wise, Revolut, Payoneer, PayPal, ACH, or SWIFT are listed methods. You can often use Wise/Revolut to send a normal bank/IBAN transfer. PayPal is not a wallet method (it can be attached on Meta CC ad accounts, which Meta charges directly).

USD

  • Bank Transfer (including the underlying rails your bank calls ACH/wire/SWIFT)
  • IBAN
  • Crypto — USDT, 1% fee. Networks: TRC20 (default), BEP20, ERC20 on request, plus Binance email transfer
  • Card (Stripe) — 4% typical. European-issued cards are cheaper for us (~1.5%), so more of your payment can credit
  • Airwallex Pay0.3%, minimum 150 (cheapest instant method when shown)

ACH Direct in the app is currently disabled. Card minimum is 150 in currency.

EUR

  • IBAN / SEPA (Denmark-issued IBAN in the app; we also have a Lithuania account if one rail fails)
  • Card3.1% typical
  • iDEAL — instant for eligible EU clients
  • Airwallex Pay when shown (0.3%, min 150)

Stripe SEPA is currently disabled.

INR

  • Razorpay2.36%. Minimum ₹20,000 + 18% GST
  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI
  • 18% GST applies on INR payments (inclusive — see the GST FAQ)
  • Ad-account top-up minimum is ₹15,000 + GST = ₹17,700 every time (this is not the Razorpay minimum)

GBP / AUD / SGD

  • Bank Transfer

Crypto notes

  • USDT only. Solana, Polygon, BTC, etc. are not supported
  • 1% processing fee
  • Credits the Threasury Wallet, not Meta’s native USDC balance
  • Share tx hash, amount, timestamp, and a screenshot. For Binance email: recipient email + Order ID
  • Addresses are in the app. We share crypto addresses with registered clients only
  • Use the payee name shown in the app, not your personal name, unless that is what the form displays

Speed

  • Fastest: Card, iDEAL, UPI, Airwallex Pay, crypto (minutes), SEPA Instant
  • Slower / cheaper: bank transfer (1–3 business days, no Threasury fee)
  • Crypto and Zelle approvals: typically 5–10 minutes once submitted correctly
  • First payments: we wait until funds land. After history is established we can often credit on valid proof

Third-party payers

Payments should come from you. Third-party payments are refused by default. If there is no other option, that is an exceptions process (authorization letter / KYC) — ask support; do not send from a random account and hope.

Payments over $50K can trigger bank KYC. Splitting is often smoother.

|||| Always transfer from an account in your name. Name-mismatch warnings on the bank side can be ignored when the app already has the latest details — but third-party senders are a different issue.
