Understanding Ad Account Regions

This guide explains the different regional ad accounts available and how they differ in terms of features, fees, and supported currencies.

What 'Region' means?

Each ad account is created under a specific regional business manager. The region determines where your account is registered and managed. We offer accounts in four regions: USA, Europe, Hong Kong, and India.

Regional Differences

Supported Currencies

Each region supports different currencies for advertising campaigns:

  • USA Region: USD only
  • Europe Region: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD
  • Hong Kong Region: USD only
  • India Region: INR only

So if you need billing in INR, India Region is the right choice. If you need EUR/GBP/AUD, EU Region is usually the better fit (for supported platforms).

Fees can differ by region (Commission Model)

Fees vary by region and automatically reduce as your spending increases. These are the base fees before any tier discounts apply:

  • HK Region: 4%
  • EU Region: 4%
  • India Region: 3%
  • US Region: 2%
  • CC Accounts: 4%

Account Issuance & Top-Up Speed

  • Account Issuance: 12-24 hours for most regions
  • Top-Up Processing: Immediate for most regions
  • Top-Up Availability: Available daily (Monday–Sunday) for most regions

Can be checked in detail on our features/pricing page.

Common Features Across All Regions

All ad account regions share these features regardless of location:

  • Target any country globally
  • Unlimited daily spending limits
  • Whitehat products and offers only
  • Self-serve dashboard access + Dedicated support

Which region is best in terms of performance?

For most clients, performance is generally similar across regions.

In short: there is no universal “best” region for performance and results usually depend more on your product, creatives, targeting, and campaign setup than the account region itself.

How to Choose Your Region

Select your region based on:

  1. Currency needs: Choose a region that supports the currency you want to advertise in
  2. Fee percentage preference
  3. Platform availability
  4. Operational preference (top-up access / issuance time)

Subscription Model (0% Fees)

Instead of paying per top-up, you can switch to a subscription model for zero fees on all ad spends.
