Details required for new ad account request?

To create a new ad account we need a few details. Accurate information avoids delays.

Submit the request from Ad Accounts → Request New Ad Account. You can submit more than one request (including different regions such as EU and HK); each is reviewed separately. Newly onboarded clients typically start with up to 3 accounts.

1. Website URL

The landing page / site the traffic will go to. We review it for compliance. The whole site is in scope, not only the product you plan to advertise.

2. Page URL

Your Facebook Page (or the relevant platform page). For Meta, the Page must be:

• Published and unrestricted
• Active with at least 3 to 5 recent posts, ideally 8 to 10
• Set up with both a profile image and cover image
• Complete with a clear business description
• Complete with current contact details

3. Business Manager / Business Center ID

The ID the account will be shared to. A wrong ID delays everything.

• Meta: BM ID
• TikTok: numeric Business Center ID (not a company registration number)
• Google: the email on the account, with no special characters in the middle of the address (those get rejected by the provider). Google accounts are USD and can advertise globally.

4. Timezone

Any timezone can be selected at creation. It cannot be changed later. If it is wrong, we issue a new account and can reallocate funds.

5. Currency

Supported ad-account currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD, INR. Not supported: MXN, HKD, CAD, AED, TRY, MYR.

Currency is normally fixed once an account is activated or funded. Support may sometimes correct it while the request is still pending and the account has never been topped up. Otherwise, a new account is required.

6. Region

• EU / HK / India: standard options
• US-region Meta: not openly available; case-by-case only
• Region does not limit targeting

HK Meta locks domain and page at creation.

7. Minimum first top-up

200 in the ad account currency. INR: ₹15,000 + 18% GST = ₹17,700. This is the same minimum on later top-ups. There is no separate $300 “initial only” minimum.

Snapchat and Pinterest can differ (Snapchat is USD only; EU Snapchat initial top-up is $200). Pinterest is HK only; the domain must be at least 6 months old. Check the form.

8. Compliance confirmation

Whitehat / policy-compliant products only. Grey-hat requests are reviewed case by case with no promise either way.

Processing time

Typically 12–24 hours after approval. HK-sourced accounts follow Hong Kong weekdays. Extra website/creative checks take longer.
