Refunds: How to Request, Non-Refundable Situations & Timelines

We aim to keep the refund process clear, transparent, and fair.

This guide explains how to request a refund, when refunds are allowed, when they are not, and how long refunds typically take.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Reach out to your dedicated support channel

Request for your refund if you have any remaining wallet balance or unused ad account balance.

Step 2: Provide the Required Details

Include:

  • Your registered email
  • Reason for refund request
  • Bank details for refund including Account number, Routing, Address etc

Step 3: Verification

Our finance team will verify:

  • The transaction
  • Refund eligibility
  • Unused wallet or ad account balance

Step 4: Refund Initiation

Once verified, the refund will be processed through the same method you used for payment (bank transfer, Stripe, crypto, etc.)

Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment source to comply with banking and anti-fraud rules.

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain payments are non-refundable due to internal cost, compliance, or platform restrictions.

Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:

a) Funds Already Spent on Ads

If the money has already been used for ad spend, the amount is not refundable, even partially.

b) Plan fees or Setup Fees

If a plan or account type includes a one-time fee or any subscription plan is opted for, this is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

c) Violations of Compliance / Policy

If your account was suspended or offboarded due to:

  • Non-compliant products
  • Grey/black-hat activity
  • Misuse of BM or ad accounts
  • Repeated bans or policy violations

—Refunds are not issued or penalty may be implied

d) Using Third-Party or Unapproved Payment Sources

Payments made from unrelated accounts or mismatched names cannot be refunded for security reasons.

Refund Timelines

Refund timelines depend on your payment method and calculation of your final settlements.

Refund processing begins after verification is complete. Verification may take longer during weekends or bank holidays.
