Levels & Thresholds
Our Levels & Thresholds system rewards higher spending with lower top-up fees over time.
As your total spend increases, you unlock new levels, and each new level gives you a reduction on the standard fee charged for your ad channels.
How it works
Your level is calculated based on your total spend over the last 30 days, combined across all ad accounts and platforms (Excluding CC).
Once your spend reaches a new threshold, you move up to the next level and unlock a better fee reduction.
Current level benefits
Your current level shows:
- Last 30 days spend – your total eligible spend across platforms
- Next level at – the spend amount required to unlock the next level
- Remaining to upgrade – how much more spend is needed
- Next benefit – the fee reduction you will get at the next level
Spend Thresholds

Important notes
- The percentages shown are discounts on the standard fee, not the final fee itself.
For example, if a channel’s standard fee is 4% and your level gives you 1.5% off, your final fee becomes 2.5%.
- Your level is based on your highest eligible total spend (all platforms included) within the last 30 days.
- All spend amounts in different currencies are automatically converted into USD for level calculation.
- Reduced fees apply only to future top-ups after the new level is reached.
- CC ad account spend is not included when calculating level thresholds for fee reductions.
A simple example
Let’s say your eligible spend in the last 30 days reaches $24,000.
That would place you in Level 3 – Growth, which gives you a 1% reduction on the standard fee.
If the standard fee on that platform and region is 4%, your updated fee would become 3% on future top-ups.
