Levels & Thresholds

Our Levels & Thresholds system rewards higher spending with lower top-up fees.

As your total spend increases, you unlock a new level. Each level is a permanent reduction on the standard fee for top-up accounts.

How it works

Your level is calculated on your highest total spend over the last 30 days, across all ad accounts and platforms, converted to USD.

Credit Card (CC) ad-account spend is not included. CC accounts do not receive level-based fee reductions. They stay on the region base rate (or a manual override).

Once a level is unlocked, it never goes back down, even if spend later drops. Reduced fees apply to future top-ups.

Levels are recalculated continuously; “within 24 hours” is a safe expectation if you just crossed a threshold. Always check the Levels & Thresholds page in the app before quoting a fee.

*Example assumes a 4% standard base, such as Meta EU. The same percentage-point reduction applies to other published standard base rates. US-region Meta is not a standard offering and has no public rate.

A simple example

$24,000 eligible 30-day spend → Level 3. On a 4% base your future top-up fee is 3%.

What this does not change

  • Minimum top-up is still 200 in the ad account currency (INR: ₹15,000 + GST every time). That is not a “first top-up only” rule.
  • Location fees (DST) are Meta’s tax and still apply, including on Unlimited plans.
  • Unlimited / 0% subscription plans do not use this table for that platform. The monthly fee already covers commission.
