Here’s a simple step-by-step guide on what to do next so you can get your ad accounts activated quickly and start running your campaigns without delays.

1. Choose a Plan & Complete Your Onboarding

Before getting full access to the dashboard and ad accounts, you need to:

Select a plan and pricing model that matches your needs (Commission model plan or subscription model plans)

Choosing the correct plan ensures you get the right fee tier, account type, and features

2. Set Up Your Wallet

After approval:

Go to Wallet
Add funds using your preferred method
The wallet balance will be used for:

Ad account top-ups
Any additional charges

Without wallet funds, your ad accounts cannot be requests or topped up.

3. Request Ad Accounts

Once your wallet has funds:

Go to Ad Accounts → Request New Ad Account
Provide website, page URL, BM ID, currency & timezone
We will create the ad account and assign it to your BM
You will receive instructions to access it

Accounts are usually created within hours (depending on region & load).

4. Connect Your Assets (Page, Pixel, Domain)

After receiving your ad account, now to start running ads:

Assign your Page to the ad account
Assign or create your Pixel for ad account
Assign people & permissions to the ad account

5. Set Up Automation Rules

Ensure your ads never stop due to balance issues:

Enable Low Balance Alerts
Set Auto Top-Up Rules

This helps maintain stable ad delivery and prevents unnecessary downtime.

6. Review Compliance Requirements

Before publishing ads:

Check our Compliance Guidelines
Ensure your product is allowed
Avoid aggressive, misleading, or policy-violating creatives
You can also share the domain with our team on the dedicated communication channel, so that we can help you with Compliance

Staying compliant ensures your ad account remains stable and prevents bans.

If your ads cause alot of bans our system will flag you and terminate our partnership

Once:

Your ad account is active
Your assets are connected
Your balance is added

…you’re ready to start running ads normally from your ads manager.
