Who Can Use Our Platform? (Compliance Requirements)
At Threasury, we provide stable, high-tier advertising infrastructure while staying compliant with Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and Pinterest policies. We only onboard advertisers who meet our compliance criteria.
This page explains who can use our platform, what we allow, what we don’t allow, and the mandatory requirements for onboarding.
Who Is Eligible to Use Threasury?
Threasury is built for legitimate advertisers who run whitehat, policy-compliant products.
Advertisers we can onboard include:
1. Ecommerce brands selling compliant products
- Apparel, fashion, beauty, skincare (no medical claims)
- Home & kitchen, décor, lifestyle
- Fitness accessories and gadgets
- Jewellery & accessories
- Toys (policy-safe)
- General wellness products without medical claims
- Supplements, only after review. Products with medical claims are not available in every region and may be declined
2. Service providers
- Coaching and info-products (allowed)
- Consulting and legitimate professional services
- SaaS tools (with compliant ad copy)
- Online education (non-misleading claims)
- Local services
Weight-loss coaching is not allowed unless the product and creatives are 100% clean with zero health or results claims.
3. Dropshipping stores
As long as:
- Products are compliant
- The website is transparent and complete
- There are no exaggerated claims
- Refund and shipping policies are clear
- Payments are collected through a secure payment gateway (not collected directly on a lander)
4. Agencies running ads for their clients
Agencies can onboard as long as:
- They ensure client compliance
- The agency takes full responsibility for ad-policy alignment
- No blackhat or policy-violating advertisers are added under them
Minimum spend requirement
New clients must be able to reach at least $2,000 in total monthly ad spend and maintain an average of at least $2,000 per ad account per month. The first 30 days are flexible so you can ramp up. Existing clients below this floor are reviewed individually rather than automatically cut off.
Who Cannot Use Threasury?
We do not onboard advertisers in banned or high-risk categories. If this is found after onboarding, campaigns can be paused or removed and the account can be offboarded.
1. Blackhat / banned categories
- Counterfeit or replica products; trademark-infringing items
- Drugs, steroids, injections, controlled substances
- Adult products, explicit content, OF / cam-model management agencies
- Weapons, explosives
- Alcohol, tobacco, CBD, THC, vapes, or nicotine products
- Gambling or real-money gaming
- Multi-level marketing (MLM) schemes
- AI companion / roleplay apps
- RUO peptides
- Dating (including niche dating such as Christian or Muslim dating), not allowed on any platform or region
- Cloaking or any attempt to bypass platform review
2. Misleading or exaggerated claims
- “Lose 10kg in 7 days”, guaranteed body transformation
- Unrealistic before/after claims
- “Make $10,000/month with no skills” / get-rich-quick
- Medical or therapeutic claims (“cures”, “treats”, “reverses”)
3. Finance and similar offers
Finance is not something we offer as a standard, sales-side category. This includes trading, forex, investments, loan/EMI/credit apps, insurance lead-gen, credit repair, and crypto/web3 financial schemes.
Being licensed (for example SEBI-registered) does not automatically make a product eligible. If you have a fully compliant product, our team can review it. We cannot promise an account in advance.
4. Grey-hat / “ban-immune” requests
We review each product against platform ad policies, not against “what is legal in my country.”
We do not make blanket promises either way for grey-hat or policy-bending setups. Some products are approved after review; others are declined. If you are looking for accounts that are “immune to bans” or meant to bypass Meta/TikTok policies, we are not the right fit.
5. Misrepresentation or hidden identity
We do not onboard:
- Fake identities or hidden ownership
- Stores with copied product pages
- Websites without legal pages
- Landers that collect payments without a secure payment gateway
What happens if you violate policies?
Non-compliant activity puts partner Business Managers, and every client on them, at risk. Enforcement is:
- We ask you to stop immediately
- If it is not stopped within 2 hours, we pause the campaigns from our side
- If the same (or similar) non-compliant product or creatives are run again, we may delete the campaigns and explain why
- Repeated violations can lead to permanent offboarding. Deductions or penalties tied to a compliance disablement are not refundable
Tips to stay safe
- Keep claims realistic: no medical, guaranteed, or “closing sale” language
- Discounts in ad creatives must be 50% or less. The website may show a higher discount; words like “closing sale” are not allowed anywhere
- Add legal pages (About, Contact, Refund, Terms)
- Use a secure checkout, not payment collection on the lander itself
- Keep checkout and tracking set up properly
