How to add funds in wallet

Adding funds in Threasury Wallet

Your Threasury Wallet is used to top-up your ad accounts, pay fees, and manage all billing activity inside the platform. Adding funds is simple and can be done using multiple payment methods, depending on your region.

Follow this guide to add funds safely and ensure your ads continue running without interruption.

Open Your Wallet Page

Inside your Threasury dashboard:

For Bank and Crypto Payments-
  1. Go to Wallet
  2. Select your preferred payment method
  3. Use the details available on the balance form to send your funds.
  4. Complete the Payment.
  5. Once funds have been sent, enter the exact amount you have transferred us.
  6. Upload proof of payment
  7. Wait for Confirmation

For Stripe-
  1. Go to Wallet
  2. Select Stripe as the payment method
  3. Enter the amount you want to add — Stripe fees will be calculated and shown in the popup
  4. Click Make Payment
  5. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe checkout page
  6. Complete the payment
  7. Funds will be added to your wallet instantly

After payment Details:

  • Instant methods (Stripe) → Wallet updates immediately or within a few minutes
  • Bank transfer → Usually appears within 30 minutes during working hours
  • Crypto transfers → Usually appear within 2–5 minutes after network confirmation

If funds do not reflect after 30 minutes, reach out to our team on your dedicated support chat with the transaction reference.

Once your wallet is topped up:

  • You can assign balances to your ad accounts
  • Your auto top-up rules (if enabled) will use this wallet

Common Issues & How to Fix Them

  • Upload correct transaction proof
  • Double-check the sender account
  • Funds left from your bank and received by our bank
  • Ensure name of payee matches the payee name on our end
  • Your screenshot shows everything properly including the date of transfer, amount of transfer, currency of transfer and estimated time of arrival.

Always transfer from your own account. Third-party payments may delay verification or get rejected
