# I Just signed up: What Do I Do Now?

### Welcome to Threasury!

Here is the order that actually happens after you register at [threasury.app](https://threasury.app).

### 1. Registration is reviewed
Many applications are **approved automatically** when the details are clean.

If the dashboard says **under review**, that is a **manual** check of your domain/niche, typically **about 12–24 hours**. It is **not** a 1–12 hour guarantee.

If it is still pending after **24 hours**, message support with the **email you used to register**.

### 2. Choose a plan and pay
You need a plan before ad accounts and a dedicated support group are set up.

* **Commission (Starter)**: one-time **$249** activation fee, then a percentage on ad spend. No monthly subscription. The $249 is refunded or credited to your wallet if you spend **$20,000 on ads in your first 90 days**. Otherwise, it remains non-refundable.
* **Subscription**: monthly fee, **0%** on that platform’s ad spend. See [threasury.io/pricing](https://threasury.io/pricing).

The $249 is **not** a lifetime zero-fee pass. 0% ad-spend fees only come with a Subscription plan.

If the app mainly shows monthly prices, look for **Starter** / Commission, or ask support to point you to it.

### 3. Fund your wallet
After the plan is active:
1. Go to **Wallet → Add Funds**
2. Use a method shown **in the app for that currency** (bank details change, so always copy them from the wallet page)
3. Wallet funds are **not** yet on the ad account. You allocate them when you request or top up an account

Minimum ad-account top-up is **200** in the account currency (INR: **₹15,000 + GST = ₹17,700** every time).

### 4. Request ad accounts
1. Go to **Ad Accounts → Request New Ad Account**
2. Submit website, page, BM / Business Center ID, currency, timezone, region
3. Issuance is typically **12–24 hours** after approval (HK-region requests follow Hong Kong business days)

Newly onboarded clients usually start with **up to 3** ad accounts. More can be added once spend and compliance look healthy.

Timezone and currency **cannot** be changed later, so pick them carefully.

### 5. Dedicated support group
Once you **pay for a plan**, a WhatsApp or Slack group is created (tell us which you prefer). You do **not** need to wait for the group before requesting ad accounts. The two tracks are independent.

If you have only registered and not picked a plan, the group is not created automatically.

### 6. Connect assets and stay compliant
Assign your Page, pixel, and people on the ad account. Read the Compliance Guide before you launch. Non-compliant ads can be paused within 2 hours of a warning.

### 7. Automate so ads don’t die overnight
Set **low-balance alerts** and **auto top-up** (minimum auto top-up amount **$200** or the region minimum). Auto top-up pulls from the **wallet**. It does not charge your bank by itself.
