# How to add funds in wallet

# Adding funds in Threasury Wallet

Your **Threasury Wallet** is used to top up ad accounts, pay fees, and hold unused balance. Wallet funds are **not** spendable on ads until you **allocate** them to an ad account (or an auto top-up rule does it).

Always use the methods and bank details shown **inside Wallet → Add Funds**. Those details change; do not reuse an old screenshot from chat.

### Bank, IBAN, UPI, and crypto
1. Go to **Wallet → Add Funds**
2. Pick the **currency** that matches the ad accounts you will fund (INR cannot be converted to USD in-app)
3. Copy the details from the app and send the payment
4. Enter the **exact amount** sent and upload proof
5. Wait for confirmation

### Cards, Razorpay, iDEAL, Airwallex Pay (self-serve)
1. Choose the method in Wallet
2. Enter the amount: fees are shown before you pay (they are **deducted from** what you pay, not added on top)
3. Complete checkout
4. The wallet usually credits **instantly** via webhook

Stripe checkout **expires after 30 minutes**. If money left your card but the wallet is empty after ~15 minutes, tell support. Do not pay again until we check.

### After payment
* Instant methods → seconds to a few minutes
* Crypto → typically minutes after on-chain confirmation; team approval **5–10 minutes**
* Bank transfer → 1–3 business days to land; first payments are credited **when funds arrive**. Regular clients can often be credited on valid proof

If nothing shows after 30 minutes on an instant method, or after funds have landed on a bank transfer, message your dedicated chat with the reference.

### Crypto
Crypto funds the **Threasury Wallet** (1% fee). It is **not** a Meta-native USDC top-up.

* Send **USDT** on the **exact network** shown (TRC20 default, BEP20; ERC20 on request)
* Payee/recipient = the **name in the Threasury crypto details**, not your personal name unless that is what the form shows
* Then enter amount + proof (date, amount, currency, network, tx hash)

### Common issues
* Proof missing date/amount/currency/network
* Sent on the wrong chain
* Third-party sender (often delayed or rejected)
* Duplicate screenshot of a payment that was already credited (those requests are rejected)
* Waiting for a bank transfer that has not landed yet (first payments)

|||| Always transfer from your own account. Third-party payments are refused by default.
