# Detailed Pricing Explanation

Threasury has two ways to pay. You can switch between them from the dashboard.

Always check **[threasury.io/pricing](https://threasury.io/pricing)** and the **Levels & Thresholds** page in the app for the numbers that apply to your account. Fees differ by platform and region.

# A. Commission (pay-as-you-go)
No monthly subscription. You pay a percentage on ad spend / top-ups. The percentage **auto-reduces** as your 30-day spend grows (see the Levels & Thresholds article).

**Typical starting (Level 1) rates**: confirm in the app before you quote yourself:
* Meta Europe **4%** · Meta India **3%** · Meta HK **3%** · Meta CC **4%**
* TikTok HK **3%** · TikTok EU **4%**
* Google **3%** · Pinterest **3%**
* Snapchat HK **0%** · Snapchat EU **3%**

US-region Meta is not a standard offering. It requires explicit internal approval, and no public rate should be assumed or quoted.

### How a top-up is calculated
Fees are **deducted from** the amount you top up, not added on top.

Example: **$1,000** top-up on a **3%** account credits about **$970.87** to the ad account.

If Meta location fees (DST) apply, they are deducted **first**, then our commission is calculated on what remains. Location fees still apply on 0%-fee Unlimited plans. They are Meta’s tax, not our agency fee.

### Who typically chooses this
Advertisers who want no monthly lock-in, or who spend under ~$20,000/month on a single platform.

There is a one-time **$249** Commission Plan activation fee. It is refunded or credited to your wallet if you spend **$20,000 on ads within 90 days**. Otherwise, it remains non-refundable. It is not a monthly fee and it is not a “zero ad-spend fees” plan.

# B. Subscription (0% fees on that platform)
A flat monthly fee, **0%** on ad spend for the platforms included. Current plans (always confirm on the pricing page):

* **Meta Unlimited (top-up)**: $899/month
* **Meta Unlimited (CC)**: $1,999/month
* **TikTok Unlimited**: $399/month
* **Google Unlimited**: $399/month
* **Snapchat Unlimited**: $299/month
* **Pinterest Unlimited**: $299/month
* **Threasury Black** (all platforms): $2,499/month

Subscription fees are non-refundable once paid. Unused ad balance remains refundable. Switching from Starter/Commission to Unlimited applies 0% to your **existing** ad accounts on that platform as well.

An Unlimited plan on **one** platform does not waive fees on **other** platforms. Those stay on commission at your spend level unless you add another Unlimited plan or Threasury Black.

# Minimum top-up
**200 in the ad account’s currency** (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, …).  
INR: **₹15,000 + 18% GST = ₹17,700**, every top-up (first and later).  
Pinterest and Snapchat can differ, so check the New Account Request page.

# Other charges that are not “hidden fees”
* **Payment methods:** USD cards ~4%; EUR cards ~3.1%; crypto 1%; Airwallex Pay 0.3% (min 150); Razorpay 2.36%. European-issued cards are charged less than non-European cards on Stripe.
* **INR GST 18%** is included in the amount you pay (see the GST FAQ). It is **not** “GST on the fee only.”
* **Meta location fees (DST)** on top-up accounts, including Unlimited.
* **CC accounts** do **not** get level-based fee reductions. CC fee stays at the region base rate unless an admin override is set.

# How to lower commission
Increase 30-day spend so your **level** rises. Levels never go back down. Check Levels & Thresholds in the app. Do not quote a fee from memory.
