# Can the fees on ad spend be negotiated?

Commission fees **auto-reduce** as your 30-day spend grows. For most advertisers there is nothing to negotiate. Check **Levels & Thresholds** in the app for your current rate and do not quote a fee from memory.

### How fees drop automatically
Levels are permanent. Higher 30-day spend → lower % on **future top-ups** for **top-up** accounts. **CC accounts do not** get these reductions.

See the Levels & Thresholds article for the table ($10k / $20k / $50k / $100k / $200k).

### When a custom rate *can* be discussed
For **enterprise / high-spend** advertisers, commissions **are negotiable depending on ad spend**, on a discussion with the team. We do not improvise a number in chat. Ask support to escalate.

Proof of spend helps. Subscription plan prices are not discounted in the app; those conversations also go to the team.

### What will not change your fee
* Asking repeatedly in chat
* Comparing to a screenshot from another provider (we can still look at high-volume cases)
* CC spend (it does not build top-up levels)

### Other ways the effective cost drops
* Hitting the next level
* Switching a high-spend platform to an **Unlimited** subscription when the math works, see [threasury.io/pricing](https://threasury.io/pricing)
* Using a cheaper payment rail (bank vs card vs Airwallex Pay)

**Short answer:** everyday accounts follow the automatic table. High spenders can ask for a commercial discussion; we will not quote a custom % in the helpdesk or in a first reply.
